What should I do if my goods haven't arrived or have arrived damaged relating to the transaction I Retro'd?
Any issues with the delivery of your order or condition of goods should be raised directly with the merchant you purchased them from. You can normally find a merchant’s contact details on their website. This information can also be found on the transaction details page within your Money by Afterpay App.
Any refunds you receive from the merchant will go into your Money by Afterpay account. You will still need to make the payments for the Afterpay order created by the Retro'd transaction.
What happens if I return something that I have subsequently Retro'd, do I still have to repay my Retro instalments?
Yes, you will still need to make the repayments for the associated Afterpay Retro order created by the Retro'd transaction.
