If you have a phone and have either restored your phone from a backup or transferred from your old phone, you may not receive push notifications. In this case, please attempt the following:
- Click ‘Profile’
- Click ’Notifications’
- Adjust ‘Enable push notifications’ to off and then on
If the above steps do not work, please try to delete the Money by Afterpay app from your phone and re-download it from the app store.
Once you have logged into the app and are on the ‘Home’ tab, you can enable push notifications from the ‘Profile’ tab > ‘Notifications’ > Adjust ‘Enable push notifications’ to on.
