As these details are linked to your Afterpay account, you’ll need to update your details in your Afterpay account first.
To change your mobile number, if you are able to log into your Afterpay online account or mobile app then follow these steps
- Log into your Afterpay account
- Go to "My Profile"
- Enter your new mobile number
- A code will be sent to your email
- Enter this code into the space provided to verify
- Once verified a code will be sent to the new number
- Enter this code into the space provided to verify
If you cannot log into your Afterpay online account or mobile app, you will need to reset your password and that is going to be tricky if you no longer have access to your old phone! Please contact us via Afterpay Help Centre here, and we can help you through this.
To change your email address:
Log in to Afterpay online or in the app and go to “My Profile”
Then just follow the prompts and you’re out the door in a couple of minutes.
