If you are having issues accessing the Money by Afterpay app and can’t access in-app messaging, take these steps to recover your account on your device:
- Delete the app and re-download from the app store
- Login with the email address registered with your Afterpay account and your Afterpay password
- You will then be sent an SMS verification code and you can log in with your 6 digit passcode. You will also then be able to reset biometrics.
- If you have forgotten your 6 digit passcode, don’t worry! The app will guide you through the reset process when you reach the passcode screen.
